Capstone Copper seeks an Electrical Project Manager I at Pinto Valley Mine in central Arizona to lead small- to mid-size capital and sustaining projects focused on electrical systems, design reviews, and field execution from concept to closeout, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality goals.

As electrical SME, you will coordinate with operations, project teams, and contractors to deliver reliable engineering solutions while maintaining site standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Experience with power distribution systems and electrical design.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from scope development through construction and closeout.
• Develop charters, scope of work, schedules, budgets, forecasts and track performance.
• Lead bid walks and evaluate contractor proposals.
• Monitor field activities to ensure safety, environmental and design compliance.
• Track costs and timelines, manage change orders and budgets.
• Maintain engineering drawings and provide project status updates.
