Job summary

Capstone Copper is seeking a Project Manager for Pinto Valley Mine in Arizona. You will manage small capital and operating projects, develop charters, AFEs, and scopes of work, and monitor budgets and schedules to meet safety, production, and cost KPIs.

Under direct supervision, you will coordinate with internal teams and contractors, ensure compliance with MSHA policies, and provide timely status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in Construction or Project Management.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute small CapEx and OpEx projects under supervision.
• Develop charters, AFEs, scope of work, and cost forecasts.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and scope; report status to stakeholders.
