Job summary

Capstone Copper's Pinto Valley Mine is seeking an Electrical Project Manager I to lead small to mid-size capital and sustaining projects focused on electrical systems. You will partner with operations, engineering, and contractors to ensure safety, schedule and cost objectives are met from concept through closeout.

You will develop electrical designs, manage charters and budgets, and monitor field activities to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field and 1–3 years of project experience.
• Experience with power distribution systems and electrical design.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from scope through construction and closeout.
• Develop charters, scope of work, schedules and budgets.
• Lead bid walks, evaluate proposals, and coordinate contractors.
• Oversee field activities to ensure safety and quality.
• Track costs and schedules, manage changes, and provide updates.
