Faith Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical/automation/MES construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, profitability and timely delivery. The role includes client development, staff supervision, and cross-functional collaboration with purchasing and estimating teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in the electrical field with at least 1 year of electrical estimating experience, plus proficiency with MS Office; Accubid

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years experience in the electrical field with 1 year electrical estimating experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects ensuring safety, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction.
Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
Oversees staff and participates in field performance reviews; coaches employees and supports career growth.
Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination; attends meetings across departments.
Supports recruiting and employee relations with HR; reviews estimates with Estimating Department.
