Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical/automation/MES construction projects and drive successful outcomes from start to finish. You will oversee staff, manage client relationships, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability on each job.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years in the electrical field with 1 year of electrical estimating experience, plus willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5 years in electrical field and 1 year electrical estimating experience.
• Travel: 15-20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects ensuring safety, profitability, quality and client satisfaction.
• Identifies and develops new business; builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Supports purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends key meetings (ORMs, Staffing, Jobsite, Project Manager, Financial).
