• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 5 years in electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Travel: 15-20%

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive company culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Coordinates with Purchasing Department and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends daily, weekly and monthly meetings (e.g., ORM's, Staffing Meeting, Jobsite Meetings, Project Manager Meeting, Financial Meeting).
• Conducts employee performance reviews and coaches for growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with Human Resources on recruiting and employee relations.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department to ensure accuracy.
• Visits jobsites and supports safe progress and coordination with crews and contractors.
