Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical and related systems construction projects, manage staff, and drive profitability while meeting customer expectations. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/PM/engineering or related field.
• 5 years electrical field experience and 1 year electrical estimating experience.
• Travel 15-20%.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Identifies and generates new business; maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive company culture and constructive employee relations.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends daily, weekly and monthly meetings.
• Conducts bi-annual performance reviews and coaches staff.
• Partners with HR on recruiting and employee relations.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department.
• Visit jobsites to ensure progress and safety.
