Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Monroe, LA to lead electrical/automation/MES construction projects. You will manage staff and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely project delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the electrical field with 1 year of electrical estimating experience and proficiency with MS Office; Accubid and AutoCAD are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience: 5 years in electrical field and 1 year electrical estimating experience
• Travel: 15-20%

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, timeliness, and high quality.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive company culture through constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing and vendors for effective material coordination.
• Attends daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
• Performs bi-annual field performance reviews and coaches employees on growth opportunities.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting, employee relations, and related topics for direct reports.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Visits jobsites to monitor progress and support safe behavior.
