Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical and mission-critical construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and client satisfaction. The role requires coordinating project teams, managing schedules, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You will report to the Operations Manager and oversee multiple sites, driving project performance within scope, time, and quality standards while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred.
• Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
• Equivalent studies or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, timeliness, and high standards.
• Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities, network, and maintain customer relationships.
• Team Leadership: Oversee multiple projects, providing on-site supervision of field staff and crew.
• Project Review: Review project documents, plans, specifications; direct construction activities and coordinate closings.
• Jobsite Visits: Visit jobsites to interact with crew and clients, ensuring progress and promoting safety.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project cost, time, and quality standards.
