Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of project management experience in electrical construction preferred.
• Completion of, or enrollment in, an electrical apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects safely, profitably, and on time.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, network, and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee on-site supervision of crews including superintendents, foremen, and journeypersons.
• Review project documents, plans and specs; direct construction activities; resolve issues.
• Visit jobsites to ensure progress and promote safe behavior and client satisfaction.
