Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred; equivalent studies or experience considered.
• 5 years of project management experience in electrical field preferred.
• Completion of or enrollment in an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, organization, and computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects to meet safety, profitability, timeliness and quality standards.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects with on-site supervision of crews and supervisory staff.
• Review project documents; plans and specs; direct construction activities; resolve issues; coordinate field installations and project closings; manage client relationships within cost/time/quality constraints.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and promote safe behavior.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success within budget and schedule.
