Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical and mission critical construction projects from planning through completion.

You will schedule, lead meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety, profitability, and timely delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management and at least seven years of project management experience in electrical construction, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 7 years of project management experience in electrical field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; tech proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, timeliness, and high quality.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects with on-site supervision of crew and foremen.
• Review project documents, plans and specs; direct construction activities; coordinate field installations and closings; maintain client relationships within cost/time/quality constraints.
• Visit various jobsites to interact with crew, customers, foremen and general contractors, ensuring progress and promoting safety.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project cost, time and quality standards are met.
