Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical and mission critical construction projects. You will schedule, lead meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety, profitability, and timely delivery.

The role requires time management, strong communication, and adherence to quality standards, with supervision of diverse field crews and ongoing client engagement to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of project management experience in electrical field preferred.
• Completion of, or enrollment in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Provide on-site supervision of field teams including superintendents, foremen, and crews.
• Review project documents, plans and specs; coordinate field installations and closings within budget and schedule.
• Visit jobsites to ensure progress, promote safety, and interact with clients and contractors.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure project cost, time, and quality standards.
