Job summary

You will schedule, supervise crews, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with operations and clients. The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or equivalent, about 5 years of PM experience in electrical fields, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred; equivalent studies or experience considered.
• 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred.
• Completion of, or enrollment in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects.
• Ensure safe, profitable, timely, high-quality completion with proper material scheduling.
• Schedule, participate in, and conduct project meetings; report to Operations Manager.
• Review project documents; plans and specs; direct construction activities; resolve issues; coordinate field installations and closings.
• Visit jobsites to monitor progress and promote safe behavior.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure cost, time, and quality standards.
