Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. in Auburn, IN is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical and mission critical construction projects from initiation to closeout.

You will plan, organize, and staff projects, maintain schedules, control costs, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will report to the Operations Manager and drive business development through client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred; equivalent studies or experience considered.
• 5 years of project management experience in electrical construction preferred.
• Completion of or enrollment in an approved electrical apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects, ensuring safe, profitable, timely completion.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, network, and maintain customer relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects with on-site supervision of crews and foremen.
• Review project documents, plans and specs; direct construction activities and coordinate field installations and closings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships within project cost, time, and quality standards.
