IMEG Corporation is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer for a hybrid, 100% employee-owned environment in the Sacramento, CA area, with options in Idaho Falls, Reno, and Sacramento. You will lead electrical design and analysis for building projects, mentor staff, and ensure safety and quality across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, planning and budgeting, and staying current with industry trends and standards.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system analysis, design, and calculations per code and IMEG standards.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and maintain relationships.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities to meet deadlines.
• Review designs, progress, and fee expenditure.
• Mentor junior staff and support project execution.
• Ensure safety and identify electrical-system risks.
