Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical or general construction project coordination or management.
• Prior electrical estimating experience is a plus.
• Journeyman Electrician’s License is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with project management and estimating tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate preconstruction estimating, cost control, and schedule development.
• Review scopes of work, ensuring alignment with drawings, specs, and objectives.
• Prepare and review submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Compile and analyze pay applications, change orders, and financial documents.
• Assist in subcontractor bidding and award recommendations, including proposals.
