Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating scopes, preparing submittals, compiling pay applications, and aiding in contract administration. Strong Excel/PM tools proficiency and a safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in CM or related field (preferred) and a high school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience coordinating electrical or general construction projects (2+ years).
• Proficiency with project management and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports project estimating, cost control, and schedule development.
• Coordinates scopes of work with drawings and specifications.
• Prepares submittals for accuracy and compliance.
