Job summary

CEC Companies seeks a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to support the execution of electrical and general construction projects in Tulsa, OK. You will assist project managers with planning, financial tracking, subcontractor management, and quality control to meet client and operational goals.

In this role you’ll collaborate with preconstruction teams on estimating, cost control, and scheduling, review scopes of work, prepare submittals, and help manage procurement and field coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in electrical or general construction project coordination or management.
• Prior electrical estimating experience is a plus.
• Journeyman Electrician’s License is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort working with project management and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with planning, financial tracking, subcontractor management, and quality control.
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams for estimating, cost control, and scheduling.
• Prepare and review submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze pay applications, change orders, and other financial docs.
• Support subcontractor bidding, evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Assist in contract administration and monitoring deliverables.
• Oversee time tracking and reporting with field supervision.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings; draft correspondence and reports.
• Maintain vendor contacts, material specs, regulatory requirements.
• Assist with material procurement and delivery.
• Perform related duties to ensure efficient processes.
