Job summary

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field, 2+ years’ experience in electrical or general construction, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Accubid, and scheduling software. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in electrical or general construction project coordination or management.
• Prior electrical estimating experience is a plus.
• Journeyman Electrician’s License is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort working with project management and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Support project estimating, cost control, and schedule development with preconstruction teams.
• Coordinate scopes of work with drawings, specs, and objectives.
• Prepare and review submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze pay applications, change requests, and other financial documents.
• Assist in subcontractor bidding, evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Assist in contract administration and monitor deliverables.
• Oversee time tracking and reporting with field staff.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Organize project meetings and address material needs and labor concerns.
• Draft correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
• Maintain vendor contacts, material specs, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with material procurement and delivery.
• Perform other related duties for efficient processes.
