Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project estimating, cost control, and schedule development.
• Review scopes of work and ensure alignment with drawings and specs.
• Prepare submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze pay apps, change orders, and financial docs.
• Assist in subcontractor bidding, evaluations, and awards.
• Coordinate contract administration and deliverables with teams.
• Maintain time tracking and reporting with field staff.
• Facilitate project meetings and document minutes.
