Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support electrical construction projects. You will assist in planning, coordination, and day-to-day project management across field and office teams, helping ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role supports procurement, financial processes, and effective communication among clients, GC partners, engineers, and internal teams. Requires organization, blueprints literacy, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of electrical construction methods, materials, and workflows.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and construction docs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM with day-to-day project operations and admin tasks.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs.
• Organize weekly schedules, manpower plans, deliveries, long-lead items.
• Attend project meetings and prepare notes or action items.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and distribute updates.
