Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support electrical construction projects. You will coordinate administrative, financial, and operational activities under Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, ensuring documentation and workflows meet contract requirements and schedules.

The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client interaction, with a path to grow into a full Project Manager role within mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1 years of experience in construction or project coordination; electrical construction experience preferred.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control.
• Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout to support successful project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change logs, and project correspondence.
• Track and update project schedules, manpower logs, and project tracking tools; elevate delays and conflicts.
• Coordinate daily activities with field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to support progress and issue resolution.
• Assist with procurement activities including material buyouts, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Support owner billing processes including AIA pay applications and lien waivers.
