Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software-based estimating, accounting, scheduling, and project management systems.
• Electrical trade knowledge and construction background.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project scopes, coordinating resources, schedules, and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate and prioritize project activities to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
• Prepare and evaluate change orders, analyze budget impacts, and suggest adjustments.
• Attend client and field meetings to ensure effective communication.
• Track schedules, document management, and project communications.
