Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support electrical construction project delivery by coordinating administrative, financial, and operational tasks across the project lifecycle. You will work under Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to ensure documentation, schedules, and contract requirements are met with accuracy.

This role operates within the Project Team under Operations, aiding cost tracking, billing, and coordination between field leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant electrical construction experience.
• OSHA 10 Certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days; valid driver’s license for travel to job sites.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related role; electrical construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout to support successful project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change logs, and project correspondence.
• Maintain and organize project files, drawings, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Track and update project schedules, labor hours, and cost tracking information.
• Coordinate daily activities with field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors to support progress.
