Job summary

BoMark is seeking an Assistant Electrical Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in daily administration, financials, and logistics for commercial and industrial electrical installations in Hampstead, MD.

You will interact with general contractors, field foremen, engineers, and vendors to keep projects on schedule, ensure NEC compliance, and maintain documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electrical trade experience.
• Understanding of electrical drawings and NEC.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with Bluebeam and estimating tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, track, and manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Solicit quotes, issue POs, coordinate material deliveries.
• Assist with project budgets and monthly progress billings (Schedule of Values).
• Help develop timelines and coordinate manpower.
• Conduct field site visits to verify progress and safety.
