HRforGrowth seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead complex commercial electrical construction projects from planning to closeout. Based in Hampstead, MD, you will manage budgets, schedules, teams, clients, and trade partners to deliver profitable projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Strong electrical construction knowledge and project management expertise.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, teams, clients, and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and successful completion of commercial electrical projects.
• Manage multiple projects across different locations while maintaining schedule, quality, and profitability.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, labor, materials, change orders, billing, and overall financial performance.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and electrical requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and conflicts and develop effective solutions.
• Coordinate with general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades.
