Job summary

HRforGrowth is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead complex commercial electrical construction projects from planning to closeout. The role demands strong electrical knowledge, project management expertise, and leadership to manage budgets, schedules, teams, and client relations.

Location is Hampstead, MD with a full-time role and a competitive base salary plus commission. Excellent communication and the ability to coordinate with multiple trades are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and electrical power systems.
• Experience coordinating electrical crews and construction management teams.
• Strong knowledge of: Project scheduling, Estimating and bidding, Electrical take-offs, Change orders, Contracts, Project budgeting, Cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and successful completion of commercial electrical projects.
• Manage multiple projects across different locations while maintaining schedule, quality, and profitability.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, labor, materials, change orders, billing, and overall financial performance.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and electrical requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and conflicts and develop effective solutions.
• Coordinate with general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
