Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of electrical projects.

You will assist in overseeing the project lifecycle to ensure on‑time delivery within budget and quality targets. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors, documentation management, and adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Support project execution across procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to define objectives and technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
• Support quality control procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, review invoices, change orders, and claims.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks with the Project Manager.
• Ensure health and safety adherence and conduct safety inspections.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance delivery.
