HRforGrowth is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager for a client in Hampstead, MD. The role leads complex commercial electrical construction from planning to closeout, directing budgets, schedules, teams, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project management in commercial electrical work, strong leadership, and excellent communication to drive profitable project delivery. On-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and electrical power systems.
• Experience coordinating electrical crews and working with construction management teams.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, estimating and bidding, change orders, contracts, budgeting and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage profitable commercial electrical projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and locations simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and successful completion of commercial electrical projects.
• Manage multiple projects across different locations while maintaining schedule, quality, and profitability.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, labor, materials, change orders, billing, and overall financial performance.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and electrical requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and conflicts and develop effective solutions.
• Coordinate with general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
