The role requires at least 5 years of PM experience in commercial electrical work, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and electrical power systems.
• Experience coordinating electrical crews and working with construction management teams.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, estimating and bidding, change orders, contracts, project budgeting, cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and successful completion of commercial electrical projects.
• Manage multiple projects across different locations while maintaining schedule, quality, and profitability.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, labor, materials, change orders, billing, and overall financial performance.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and electrical requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and conflicts and develop effective solutions.
• Coordinate with general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
