Manhattan Construction Company is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee the direction, completion and financial outcomes of assigned projects, mentor on-site staff, and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, and exceptional communication with clients, subcontractors, and designers, along with a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar electrical scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Experience managing projects >$25M.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor on-site staff to ensure project goals.
• Manage change order negotiations with subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit pay applications and invoices; verify accuracy.
• Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and project closeout.
