Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Project Manager 3 to lead commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with stringent safety and quality adherence.

You will serve as the main liaison among clients, internal teams, and trade partners, providing leadership and accountability across all project phases. This is a dynamic role with opportunities to mentor junior project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Journeyman’s License preferred; PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification required or must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate scope, objectives, and performance standards.
• Plan, staff, and monitor project execution across phases.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and subs.
• Negotiate contracts and purchase orders; manage subcontracts.
• Oversee on-site progress, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Develop and maintain master schedules; ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions; ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor other project managers and assist as needed.
