EC Electric is seeking an Electrical Construction Traveling Project Director/PM to lead a business unit, ensure safety and profitability, and drive client development across multiple projects. The role travels 50–100% and manages teams through Senior PMs and PMs, reporting to the Project Executive.

The position emphasizes risk management, contract oversight, and financial forecasting, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 60+ employees.
• Ability to interview, hire, and train; assign work; appraise performance.
• Strong presentation skills for top management and boards.
• PMP preferred but not required; OSHA 30 and state electrical licensing are relevant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects with 25+ million annual revenue.
• Lead client development and professional growth of the PM team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and profitability across projects.
• Manage contract, claims, and disputes; coordinate with Estimating.
• Mentor Senior/Project Managers and drive schedule adherence and project closeout.
