Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Project Manager 3 to lead commercial electrical projects from pre‑construction through closeout. You will ensure on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards while liaising with clients, internal teams, and trade partners.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience on commercial electrical builds, strong leadership, and budgeting/scheduling skills, with OSHA 30 or the plan to obtain within six months.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of PM/construction/finance experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing commercial electrical projects.
• Experience managing projects from $500k–$3M.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Monitor progress and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
• Negotiate purchase orders and subcontracts; oversee on-site supervision.
