Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing plant in Findlay, OH. The role focuses on preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment, and maintaining spare parts inventories to sustain high production rates.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational diploma required; technical training preferred.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Basic PLC and drive training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance to maximize production.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment: extruders, motors, drives, and downstream lines.
• Order parts and coordinate with suppliers for replacements.
• Maintain CMMS records and complete work orders promptly.
• Respond as first line to machine issues and engage engineering as needed.
• Collaborate with production to ensure safe, reliable operation.
