Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician in Wooster, OH to oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for the manufacturing plant. You will manage PM schedules, repair equipment to maintain production, and keep an adequate spare parts inventory.

Qualifications

• High School/Vocational School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience as ADS line operator or similar training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for plant equipment.
• Manage PM schedules and spare parts inventory.
• Repair equipment to maintain maximum production rates.
• Work 40+ hours weekly, including weekends and on-call duties.
