Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. in Harrisonville, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive and reactive maintenance for the manufacturing plant.

You will execute PM schedules, repair equipment to maximize production, and maintain an adequate spare parts inventory, while supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Diploma required.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic PLC and drive training helpful.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and their controls (extruders, corrugators, drives, downstream equipment).
• Maintain PM schedules and repair work orders for maximum production.
• Order and track replacement parts and control components as needed.
• Contribute to CMMS performance and safety compliance.
• Serve as first responder to machine problems; escalate as needed.
