Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our manufacturing plant operations. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, repair equipment to maximize production, and manage spare parts to keep lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting a range of machines, building skills through training, and contributing to Continuous Improvement efforts to enhance safety and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years Industrial Maintenance experience preferred.
• Electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge preferred.
• Basic PLC and drive training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and controls (extruders, corrugators, drives, downstream equipment).
• Perform preventive maintenance and PM scheduling to maximize production.
• Order parts and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Support CMMS with timely work orders and repairs.
• Assist with Continuous Improvement projects to boost efficiency and safety.
