Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our plant team in Florida. You will perform preventive and reactiveMaintenance tasks, execute PM schedules, repair equipment to maximize production, and manage spare parts inventory.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement projects, work with production staff to ensure safe operation, and participate in CMMS processes to close work orders promptly. Prior electrical/mechanical experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with reading electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance for plant equipment.
• Execute PM schedules and repair work orders to maintain production.
• Order replacement parts and support CMMS entries.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure safe operation of machinery.
