Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Electrical engineering degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with project management and contractors/salespeople.
• Experience in a professional engineering environment.
• Knowledge of PLC equipment usage in electrical design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate allocating electrical and automation resources with plant departments.
• Manage electrical maintenance programs for optimum machinery performance and minimal downtime.
• Prepare and manage electrical maintenance budget and monthly updates.
• Develop long-term electrical plan for preventative and predictive measures.
• Oversee installation of new equipment and alterations to buildings and structures.
• Lead plant meetings on operations, safety, and projects.
• Promote companywide electrical and automation standards.
• Provide leadership for direct reports and succession planning.
