• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Direct production team and manage plant operations to meet production goals.

• Monitor hourly employees in the production process and evaluate performance.
• Oversee overtime, vacations, and time sheets; ensure proper pay codes and records.
