Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks an Assembler I for the El Paso, TX team on 1st shift. The role involves wiring, assembling, and mounting subassemblies for electrical control equipment, with testing and final inspection to ensure quality. Starting pay is $16.76 per hour, with eligibility for a variable incentive plan.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, fit, and mount subassemblies and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment.
• Perform test preparation and final inspection using established procedures.
• Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications and codes.
