Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for 1st shift in Thornton, CO. Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 with annual progressions and advancement opportunities. Shift is 6:00 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, in a climate-controlled environment. Responsibilities include assembling switchgear components to drawings, inspecting products, and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles; military exceptions.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or work authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Perform in-process inspections and consult Quality Engineer for issues.
• Cross-check with traveler to meet customer requirements.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely on production lines.
• Read and follow written work instructions and suggest improvements.
