Schaedler Yesco Distribution Inc. is seeking an outside sales professional to grow revenue across industrial, contractor, and commercial accounts in the local market. You will sell electrical products and services, develop territory plans using analytics, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes travel to customer sites, meeting quotas, and leveraging SYD BI tools. A background in electrical distribution and solid communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing preferred.
• Outside sales experience in electrical distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell SYD products and services to assigned customer types in the territory.
• Develop customer-specific sales plans using SYD BI tools.
• Build relationships with owners, purchasing, MIS/IT, and managers at customer sites.
• Schedule joint sales calls with SYD specialists and vendor reps.
• Maintain account profiling, budgets, and sales forecasts.
• Meet established sales quotas and manage CRM entries.
