Schaedler Yesco Distribution Inc. is a leading electrical distributor with 29 locations in PA, OH and NY.

We seek an Inside Sales/Account Manager to grow sales within North Central Pennsylvania, coordinating with field teams and using SYD tools to optimize account plans. The role emphasizes account development, customer relationship management, and attainment of sales quotas across Industrial/OEM, Contractor, Commercial and Government sectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Outside sales experience in electrical distribution is a plus.
• 1+ years outside sales/account management in construction/industrial sales required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell SYD products and services to各 customer types across assigned territory.
• Develop customer sales plans using SYD BI tools to inform on services, pricing and new products.
• Build strong relationships with Owners, Purchasing, Maintenance, MIS/IT, Engineering and Project Managers.
