Schaedler Yesco Distribution is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Pittsburgh, PA. The role supports our goal of delivering value by servicing customer needs and offering connected solutions across construction, industrial, commercial, institutional, and government sectors.

You will collaborate with sales and operations to provide exceptional customer experiences, while promoting our culture and core values. This full-time onsite position offers growth opportunities and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical sales or electrical distribution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using Eclipse software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on products and services.
• Assist customers with product selection and application.
• Share information related to credit policy, delivery options, in-house services, and training events.
• Provide feedback on product availability and delivery information.
• Manage bid opportunities via the bid follow-up process.
• Oversee products on bids and/or sales orders, including purchasing, resolving issues, and processing credits.
• Work with vendors to obtain special pricing when applicable.
• Grow sales and gross margin.
