Job summary

Schaedler Yesco Distribution in Pennsylvania is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell all SYD products and services to assigned customers, primarily in the field with remote work flexibility and a designated home branch. You will use the SYD BI tool to develop territory plans and maintain strong relationships with Owners, Purchasing, and Operations.

The role requires 1+ years inside/outside sales in electrical distribution, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred),

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of outside sales and account management experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 15-20% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell SYD products and services across assigned accounts.
• Develop customer sales plans using the SYD BI tool.
• Build relationships with Owners, Purchasing, Maintenance, MIS/IT, Engineering Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, etc.
• Schedule joint sales calls with SYD specialists and vendors as needed.
• Maintain records of sales activity and prepare forecasts and reports.
• Set and maintain customer price levels.
• Provide emergency service and delivery as required.
