Schaedler Yesco Distribution (SYD) is seeking an Inside Sales/Account Management professional to promote and sell electrical products and services across a North Central PA territory. You’ll develop sales plans, maintain CRM records, and build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at diverse sites.

The role emphasizes field-based sales with remote work flexibility, requiring 1+ years of outside sales/industrial experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred for advancement.
• Previous inside sales or account management experience in construction/industrial sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell SYD products and services to assigned customers.
• Develop customer sales plans and maintain territory information in the CRM system.
• Build relationships with owners, purchasers, and managers at customer sites.
• Coordinate joint calls with SYD specialists and vendor reps.
• Maintain account profiles, identify new technology opportunities, and schedule sales activities.
• Prepare sales activity reports and forecasts for Sales Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of SYD products, pricing, and e-commerce platforms.
• Travel to customer sites and manage field-based responsibilities.
