Schaedler Yesco Distribution is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell products and services across our customer network. You will develop customer plans using SYD BI tools and build strong relationships with Owners, Purchasing, Maintenance, MIS/IT, and project managers.

The role requires travel to customer sites and collaboration with specialists, vendors, and manufacturers. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s in Sales/Marketing preferred, and prior outside

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred in Sales or Marketing.
• Outside sales experience in electrical distribution is a plus.
• Experience selling to Facility Maintenance, Industrial Contractors, OEMs, and Industrial End-Users preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell SYD products and services to assigned customers.
• Develop customer sales plans using SYD BI tools.
• Build relationships with Owners, Purchasing, Maintenance, MIS/IT, and project managers.
• Coordinate joint sales calls with SYD specialists and vendors.
• Maintain account profiles and sales forecasts; manage quotes and orders.
• Enter sales activities into the SYD CRM; track gross margins.
• Travel to customer sites; provide emergency service as required.
